Delivering the Video Choice and Value Customers Want

In 2023, it was clear the video ecosystem had broken. Video packages were increasingly inflexible with consumers forced to pay for programming they didn’t want or couldn’t afford. In five short years, 25 million households had deserted the traditional video industry.

We knew it was time to take a stand on behalf of our customers. So, we worked with The Walt Disney Company to create an innovative video model that gives our customers exactly what they’ve said they want: more choice and a focus on value. Just over a year later, we’ve worked with every major programmer to reimagine the future of video, and now Spectrum Video customers will soon be able to get direct-to-consumer apps with a retail value of up to $65 per month at no additional cost.

We are committed to listening to and acting on our customers’ feedback to improve our products and customer service, which includes ushering in the next generation of streaming, and we will continue to lead the way forward by:

  • Fighting for the price and content flexibility needed to deliver high-quality video packages that meet a variety of viewing preferences and budgetary needs
  • Protecting consumers from paying twice for the often-duplicative content available on direct-to-consumer apps
  • Offering video products that are affordable and relevant for our customers
