We asked current and prospective customers what they wanted from their connectivity provider... and the answers were clear: great products reliably delivered, great value with clear and simple pricing, and excellent customer service that quickly resolves concerns when they do arise. From these conversations grew Life Unlimited and our promise to keep our customers connected to enhance their lives, whenever and wherever they need us.

More than words, Life Unlimited is an action-based operational shift designed around four commitments:

  • We are committed to keeping our customers connected 100% of the time and promptly resolving any issues.
    • We will fix any service disruptions quickly, including dispatching a technician the same day if the customer requests it prior to 5 p.m.
  • We are committed to clear and simple pricing and timely service updates – we will take responsibility when things go wrong.
    • We’ve implemented whole dollar pricing and Spectrum has no annual contracts for any residential services.
    • Within 15 minutes of identifying an outage in a neighborhood, we will notify affected customers and provide an estimated restoration time.
    • If a neighborhood experiences an outage that lasts more than two hours, our agents will offer a credit for the full day.*
  • We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
    • We are there whenever our customers need us with 24/7 U.S.-based customer service. 
    • If a customer needs help or a professional installation, a technician will be available the same or next day.
    • To meet the needs of our customers, we’re available whenever they need us, with 24/7 U.S.-based customer service and technicians that will be available the same or next day.
    • If a customer is not completely satisfied with any services within the first 30 days, we will give them their money back.
    • If a customer is not completely satisfied with a new mobile device within the first 14 days, we will give them their money back.
  • We are committed to listening and acting on our customers’ feedback to improve our products and customer service.
    • We continue to invest in our network to increase capabilities and achieve our future goal of zero service disruptions and fully automated credits if we fall short.
    • We’re also working to transform the industry by bringing more value and greater flexibility to our connectivity services and ushering in the next generation of streaming with customer-focused programming partnerships.

As part of our commitment to meeting the changing needs of customers today and tomorrow, we also announced improved pricing plans – with guaranteed pricing for up to three years – and speed options that will benefit new customers, create more choices, and provide faster speeds for existing customers. With the new and simplified pricing strategy, customers can choose bundles with price guarantees, including a 500 Mbps Spectrum Internet plan starting at $30 per month when bundled with two lines of Spectrum’s fastest Mobile and/or Spectrum Video service. And all current Spectrum Internet and Spectrum Internet Ultra customers have had their speeds automatically increased to 400 and 600 Mbps, respectively, for free.
