To achieve these goals, we’re committed to creating American jobs. Charter employs over 92,000 workers, 13 percent of whom are veterans and 40 percent of whom are people of color, serving over 26 million customers in 41 states. Since 2012, Legacy Charter has hired 17,000 U.S. workers. Our goal is to hire 20,000 workers by 2020, many of which will be customer service jobs brought back from offshore call centers.

Over the next five years, we’re extending the reach of our network to two million new customer locations and upgrading our combined company’s Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks to be all-digital just like Charter’s network.
